Privacy Policy — English

Your privacy matters to us. This page explains, without heavy legal language, what najdelite.com collects, why, and how you can control it.

Information you submit

When you send the Quick Contact or Operational Trial form, we receive what you type: your full name, organization or company, mobile number, email address, and your message or notes — plus job title, city, and number of branches if you provide them in the trial form.

We attach technical context to help us understand where the request came from: submission date and time, the site language you were using, the page you submitted from, your landing page, the referring site if any, and campaign tags in the URL (UTM) if present.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your request, manage business communication with you, and understand which channels our enquiries come from. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Measuring site performance

We use Google Analytics 4 and a lightweight in-house counter to understand site performance: visits and sessions, most-visited pages, device type, traffic source, and approximate country and city as provided by Google.

This is about measuring the website, not tracking people. Specifically, we do not use device fingerprinting, keystroke logging, session recording or heatmaps, Google advertising signals or ad personalization (both explicitly disabled), or any attempt to identify you unless you enter your details in a form yourself.

We do not store your IP address. During processing it is used only in hashed form to prevent automated repeat form submissions, and is never stored in its original form. Google processes IP addresses under its own policies for approximate geolocation.

Cookies and local storage

• Functional local storage: your language choice, your analytics choice, and whether this is your first visit today.
• Google Analytics cookies: set by Google when analytics is active, to distinguish sessions and new versus returning visitors.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: loaded only when you interact with a contact form, to verify you are not a bot.

A notice on your first visit explains this and offers a Decline button that switches analytics off. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed by clearing site data in your browser settings.

Retention

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to follow up on the business relationship, and delete them when no longer needed or upon your request. Analytics data is aggregated at the daily level and contains nothing that identifies you.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Google Firebase, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, request emails are delivered via Resend, and Cloudflare Turnstile protects the forms. These providers may record standard technical access logs under their own policies. Contacting us via WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
